SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Effective Date: 24 April 2026
1. SUBSCRIPTIONS
General Information
The Service operates under two distinct payment models depending on the platform through which you access it.
Mobile In-App Purchases (Apple App Store and Google Play). Content accessed through the App is available exclusively through the use of virtual currency (“Coins”), as further described below. Certain episodes, series, and exclusive content may be unlocked only by spending Coins. You may acquire Coins by purchasing them directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play, or by subscribing to a mobile plan that credits your Account with a daily Coin allowance. A subscription is not a prerequisite to access Content on the App; Coins may be purchased independently of any subscription. Coins do not entitle you to any features, functionality, or Content not yet made available, and your Coin allowance is not contingent on any future updates or releases.
Website Purchases. Content accessed through the website is available exclusively through subscription plans, as further described below. Coins and the Coin mechanism do not apply to website purchases. Access to Content on the website is determined by the subscription tier you hold, as set out in the Content Tiers section below. You may purchase a website subscription using the payment methods available at checkout, which may include credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
We may offer promotional or discounted pricing from time to time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, any promotional rate may apply to the current billing period, any future billing periods, and any renewal (rebilling) periods, and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion.
Trial Subscriptions
Trial subscriptions are available exclusively for website-based subscription plans. We may, at our discretion, offer a free trial period during which you can access subscription-tier Content through the website in accordance with the subscription plan selected. Trial subscriptions are not available for mobile in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play; any trial offers presented through those platforms are governed solely by the terms of the relevant platform. The applicable terms and duration of any website trial will be clearly disclosed at the time of sign-up.
If no notice of a trial period is provided during purchase, your website subscription will begin immediately without a trial. We reserve the right to determine your eligibility for any trial offer and to limit, suspend, or revoke participation in multiple or repeated trial offers at any time.
AUTOMATIC CONVERSION TO PAID SUBSCRIPTION:
UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR TRIAL AT LEAST TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS BEFORE THE END OF THE TRIAL PERIOD, YOUR SELECTED PAYMENT METHOD WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED THE APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEE DISPLAYED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. THE PAID SUBSCRIPTION WILL BEGIN IMMEDIATELY UPON THE TRIAL'S EXPIRATION AND WILL CONTINUE ON A RECURRING BASIS UNLESS CANCELLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS.
Subscription Terms and Renewals
A subscription is a recurring billing arrangement. When you subscribe to any plan offered through the Service, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, annually, or as otherwise selected), unless you cancel in accordance with these Terms. Subscription pricing may vary based on factors including region, currency, or subscription duration. Depending on the platform:

Mobile subscriptions (Apple App Store or Google Play): your Account is credited with a fixed daily Coin allowance for each day the subscription is active; the number of Coins credited daily will be as disclosed at the time of purchase.

Website subscriptions: your Account is granted access to the subscription content tier you have selected (Premium Access or VIP Access, as applicable) for the duration of the active subscription period.
Some limited features of the Service may be offered free of charge.
Content Tiers and Access Levels (Website Purchases Only). The following access tiers apply exclusively to subscription plans purchased directly through the website(s). These tiers are not available for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and do not involve the use of Coins. Access to the content described below is granted solely by holding the applicable active website subscription plan.
Premium Series Access: Content labelled as “Premium” is accessible only to users who hold an active Premium subscription plan purchased through the website(s). Premium Access grants unlimited viewing of designated premium video series, episodes, and related features during the active access period.
VIP Series Access: Content labelled as “VIP” is accessible only to users who hold active VIP Access obtained through the website(s). VIP Access may require maintaining underlying Premium Access. VIP Access represents the highest level of content availability within the Service and may include early-release titles, enhanced streaming quality, exclusive events, or bonus materials.
Supplementary Purchases. In addition to standard Content purchases, you may have the option to purchase supplementary add-on items, such as bonus episode packs, enhanced content bundles, or other supplementary features. Supplementary purchases are available through both the App and the website, subject to the following:

Mobile: Supplementary add-ons available through the App may be purchased by spending Coins in the same manner as standard Content purchases. Access to any such add-ons is granted through Coin expenditure and is subject to the Coin Purchases provisions in these Terms.

Website: Supplementary add-ons available through the website may be purchased through a one-time or recurring charge made directly through the website. Supplementary purchases on the website do not involve Coins; access is granted through the applicable website purchase and is subject to the website subscription and billing provisions in these Terms.
Where an add-on depends on an active subscription or primary access plan that plan must remain active; cancelling it may terminate access to the related add-on at the end of the current billing term. Cancelling an add-on does not automatically cancel your primary subscription or any other access plan.
Automatic Episode Access and Coin Deduction. This provision applies exclusively to mobile in-app purchases through the App and does not apply to website purchases. As part of the normal operation of the App, episodes within a series may play automatically in sequence once playback begins. Where subsequent episodes require Coins to unlock, the corresponding Coin amount will be automatically deducted from your available balance at the moment the next episode starts. This ensures uninterrupted viewing without requiring separate purchase confirmations for each episode. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT COINS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY USED TO UNLOCK SUBSEQUENT EPISODES AS PART OF THIS SEQUENTIAL PLAYBACK PROCESS. IF YOUR COIN BALANCE IS INSUFFICIENT TO CONTINUE PLAYBACK, THE SERVICE WILL PAUSE AND PROMPT YOU TO ACQUIRE ADDITIONAL COINS BEFORE RESUMING. ALL COIN DEDUCTIONS MADE THROUGH THIS AUTOMATIC ACCESS PROCESS ARE TREATED AS FINAL COIN PURCHASES AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
RENEWAL CHARGES. YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WILL BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY WITHIN TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS BEFORE THE END OF THE CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION TERM TO ENSURE CONTINUED COIN CREDITS (FOR MOBILE SUBSCRIPTIONS) OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CONTENT TIER (FOR WEBSITE SUBSCRIPTIONS). IF YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION LESS THAN TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE, THE CANCELLATION WILL TAKE EFFECT AT THE END OF THE NEXT BILLING PERIOD. UNTIL THE END OF THE CURRENT PAID PERIOD, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL CONTINUE TO CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT WITH THE DAILY COIN ALLOWANCE (MOBILE) OR ACCESS TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CONTENT TIER (WEBSITE).
Pricing Changes. We reserve the right to modify the price of Coins, Coin packages, subscription fees, billing cycles, or plan features (including the daily Coin allowance credited under a subscription) at any time, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. When applicable, advance notice of any price change may be sent to you, and the updated pricing will apply at the start of the next billing cycle or, in the case of Coin packages, at the time of the next purchase following such notice. By continuing to use the Service or by completing a purchase after the new pricing takes effect, you agree to the updated prices. If you do not agree with a pricing change affecting your subscription, you may cancel your subscription at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid further charges.
Coin Purchases, Virtual Currency, and Virtual Goods
The provisions in this section apply exclusively to mobile in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The Service uses a virtual currency known as “Coins” (also referred to as “Virtual Currency”), which is the sole means by which locked Content may be accessed. The Service may also include virtual digital items, such as collectibles, rewards, or other in-app assets (“Virtual Goods”). Coins and Virtual Goods may be earned, granted, or purchased within the Service using real currency or through activities authorised by us, subject to applicable law and these Terms.
Coins are used to unlock or access specific episodes, series, or Premium / VIP Content on a one-time transactional basis (“Coin Purchases”). The Coin amount required for each item will be clearly displayed before purchase. Once confirmed, a Coin Purchase grants immediate access to the selected Content, which remains viewable in accordance with these Terms. Coins may also be acquired through a subscription plan that credits a daily Coin allowance to your account for each day the subscription is active.
You are granted only a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable licence to use Coins and Virtual Goods solely within the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT COINS AND VIRTUAL GOODS HAVE NO REAL-WORLD MONETARY VALUE, DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL CURRENCY OR PROPERTY, AND ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH OR ANY TANGIBLE CONSIDERATION. YOU DO NOT ACQUIRE OWNERSHIP RIGHTS IN OR TO ANY COINS OR VIRTUAL GOODS, REGARDLESS OF THE TERMINOLOGY USED TO DESCRIBE THE TRANSACTION. ANY BALANCE DISPLAYED IN YOUR ACCOUNT REPRESENTS A LIMITED LICENCE RIGHT, NOT A STORED-VALUE ACCOUNT OR DEPOSIT, AND THE COMPANY IS NOT A BANK OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. COINS AND VIRTUAL GOODS CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED, SOLD, EXCHANGED, OR USED OUTSIDE THE SERVICE EXCEPT WHERE EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZED BY THE COMPANY.
We reserve the absolute right, at any time and in our sole discretion, to manage, regulate, modify, control, suspend, or discontinue the availability, functionality, or pricing of Coins, Coin Purchases, and Virtual Goods as it deems necessary for business, technical, or legal reasons. We shall have no liability to you or any third party for the exercise of such rights, and all transactions involving Coins or Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise determined by us.
Unless expressly authorized within the Service, the transfer, exchange, gifting, or resale of Coins or Virtual Goods is strictly prohibited. Coins and Virtual Goods may be used only within the Service, and any attempt to trade or transfer them outside the Service is void and may result in the immediate termination of your Account. You may not sell, redeem, or otherwise transfer Coins or Virtual Goods to us, to other users, or to any third party.
All Coins and Virtual Goods are subject to forfeiture without compensation if your Account is terminated or suspended for violating these Terms, if we discontinue the Service or any part thereof, if fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is detected, or if your Account remains inactive for twelve (12) months or more.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
Billing
Authorisation. By completing a Coin purchase (for mobile in-app purchases) or subscribing to a plan (whether through the App or the website), you authorise us, or our billing partner where applicable, to charge your selected payment method at checkout or, where a trial applies, at the end of the trial period, and to charge it again automatically at the start of each renewal period in accordance with Section 6. You represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide and agree to keep your billing information accurate and up to date.
Platform billing. If you purchase Coins or activate a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, all billing is handled directly by Apple or Google respectively. Charges will appear on your App Store or Google Play account statement. We do not have access to your payment details in these cases, and all billing questions relating to platform purchases must be directed to Apple or Google.
Website billing. If you purchase a subscription directly through our website, payment will be processed through our authorised payment processor or billing partner using the method selected at checkout.
Failed payments. If your payment method is declined, expires, or is otherwise unavailable, we may suspend or terminate your access to your subscription and the associated daily Coin credits (mobile subscriptions) or content tier access (website subscriptions) until valid billing details are provided. We may make reasonable attempts to retry the charge before suspending access.
Validation charge. A small temporary charge may be applied to verify the validity of your payment method at the time of first use. This amount will be refunded promptly and will not be retained.
Payment Disputes. If you believe a billing charge is incorrect, you must notify us in writing at support@cherry-entertainment.com within fourteen (14) calendar days from the transaction date. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your right to dispute the charge. Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension or termination of your Account.
Refunds
Depending on your country of residence, you may have a statutory right to cancel your subscription within a specified period and receive a full or partial refund. These rights exist independently of and in addition to any contractual terms we set out, and nothing in these Terms limits or excludes them.
Approved refunds are not immediate; please allow up to fourteen (14) calendar days for the funds to appear in your Account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
Mobile in-app purchase refunds: When we approve a refund for a Coin purchase made through the App, we will refund the full amount originally paid for that purchase and deduct the corresponding number of Coins from your account balance. When we approve a refund for a mobile subscription fee, we will refund the subscription fee and deduct the Coins that were credited to your account as a result of that subscription. In both cases, the deduction may result in a negative Coin balance. If your balance falls below zero, you must purchase sufficient Coins to restore your balance to zero before you can access any further coin-gated Content. Your account may display a negative Coin balance until this is resolved.
By submitting a refund request, you acknowledge that only one refund may be issued per transaction. If you request a refund directly from us, you agree not to file a duplicate claim or chargeback through your payment provider unless your initial request has been denied. In the event that duplicate refunds are issued, we may coordinate with your payment provider to reverse any excess credit.
Approved refunds will be issued in the same currency and through the same payment method originally used, unless this is not reasonably possible, in which case we may issue the refund through an alternative method at its discretion.
If you are resident in an EU member state or United Kingdom, you have a 14-day withdrawal right from the date your contract is concluded. This right is lost only if all three of the following conditions are met: performance of the service has begun during the withdrawal period; you gave your prior express consent to early performance; and you acknowledged at the time of purchase that you would lose your withdrawal right upon performance beginning. Where all three conditions are satisfied, we may apply a pro-rata deduction for the portion of the service already used before you exercised the right.
If you are resident in Brazil or Quebec, Canada, you have a 7-day cancellation right from the date of contracting. You are entitled to a full refund.
If you are resident in Argentina, you have a 10-day withdrawal right from the date of contracting. You are entitled to a full refund.
If you are resident in Mexico, you may cancel your subscriptions or Coin purchases at any time by using the cancellation mechanisms described in this Section. You are entitled to a full refund.
If you are resident in California or Connecticut, you may cancel your subscription three business days of the date of purchase and receive a full refund, provided there has been no material breach of these Terms on your part.
Argentina — ARREPENTIMIENTO right. If you are resident in Argentina, you may exercise your 10-day withdrawal right at any time within 10 days of contracting by using the clearly labelled withdrawal mechanism available on our homepage, by submitting a request via support@cherry-entertainment.com, or by accessing the Ventanilla Única Federal de Defensa del Consumidor at this link.
United States Consumers. Residents of California or Connecticut may cancel a subscription or Coin purchase until midnight of the third business day following purchase and receive a full refund, provided there has been no breach of these Terms or unauthorized use of the Service during that period.
To exercise any of the statutory rights described above, please contact us at support@cherry-entertainment.com or use the cancellation method applicable to your purchase as further described in this Section 6. We will process your request without undue delay and, where a refund is due, return the amount to your original payment method within the period required by the law of your jurisdiction.
Purchases Made Through the Website(s). Outside of the statutory rights set out in Section 6, refunds for website subscription plans are processed in accordance with our standard refund policy set out in this Section 6.
Purchases Through App Store or Google Play. If your subscription or purchase was made via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, all billing, cancellations, and refund decisions are managed solely by those platforms under their respective policies. You must contact the relevant store directly to request a refund. We have no authority to approve, deny, or process refunds for third-party platform transactions.
Non-Refundable Transactions. Except where expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, all purchases are final. Refunds will not be provided for:

unused subscription time or Coin, Virtual Currency, or Virtual Goods balances that have already been spent or used; website subscription fees where content has already been accessed during the current billing period (subject to applicable statutory rights);

Content that has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded; or
-
Account terminated or suspended for violation of these Terms.
Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in this section. We do not offer refunds where you have changed your mind, where the subscription has not been used, or on the basis of dissatisfaction alone.
CANCELLATION POLICY
THE SERVICE OPERATES UNDER TWO DISTINCT CANCELLATION PROCESSES DEPENDING ON THE PLATFORM THROUGH WHICH YOUR PURCHASE WAS MADE.
MOBILE IN-APP PURCHASES: CANCELLING YOUR MOBILE SUBSCRIPTION DOES NOT REMOVE COINS ALREADY IN YOUR ACCOUNT; ANY COINS REMAINING AT THE TIME OF CANCELLATION MAY CONTINUE TO BE USED TO UNLOCK CONTENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS.
WEBSITE PURCHASES: ACCESS TO CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH YOUR ACTIVE WEBSITE SUBSCRIPTION TIER. CANCELLING YOUR WEBSITE SUBSCRIPTION STOPS AUTO-RENEWAL ONLY; YOU RETAIN ACCESS TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CONTENT TIER UNTIL THE END OF THE CURRENT PAID PERIOD. NO COINS ARE ASSOCIATED WITH WEBSITE SUBSCRIPTIONS.
TO PREVENT AUTO-RENEWAL AND AVOID BEING CHARGED THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THE NEXT BILLING TERM, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THE CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION TERM ENDS.
CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION STOPS ITS AUTOMATIC RENEWAL ONLY.
FOR MOBILE SUBSCRIPTIONS: UNTIL THE END OF THE CURRENT PAID PERIOD, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL CONTINUE TO CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT WITH DAILY COINS. IF A REFUND OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FEE IS SUBSEQUENTLY APPROVED AND ISSUED, THE COINS CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT BY THAT SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR COIN BALANCE, WHICH MAY RESULT IN A NEGATIVE BALANCE.
FOR WEBSITE SUBSCRIPTIONS: UNTIL THE END OF THE CURRENT PAID PERIOD, YOU WILL RETAIN ACCESS TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CONTENT TIER. IF A REFUND OF YOUR WEBSITE SUBSCRIPTION FEE IS SUBSEQUENTLY APPROVED, ACCESS TO THAT SUBSCRIPTION TIER WILL CEASE UPON PROCESSING OF THE REFUND.
IMPORTANT NOTE: UNINSTALLING THE APP OR DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. TO STOP RECURRING CHARGES, YOU MUST ACTIVELY CANCEL THE AUTO-RENEWAL THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
For Website Purchases:

Click on the “Sign In” button in the top right corner of the screen (right next to the “Contact Us” icon);

Fill in your email and password which was used to activate the subscription;

Сlick on the profile icon (right next to the “Contact Us” icon, previously where the “Sign In” button was placed);

Click on the “Subscriptions” option.

Click on the “Unsubscribe” option.
For App Store Purchases: If you subscribed or started a trial through the App Store, manage your subscription settings within your Apple Account. Ensure cancellation is completed at least 24 hours before the trial or current subscription term ends. For more information, visit Apple’s support page on managing subscriptions.
For Google Play Purchases: If you subscribed or started a trial through Google Play, manage your subscription settings within your Google Account. Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the trial or current subscription term ends. Learn more about managing subscriptions on Google’s support page.
EU and UK — withdrawal button. If you are resident in an EU member state or the United Kingdom, a withdrawal mechanism is accessible throughout the statutory withdrawal period and is labelled clearly as a cancellation or withdrawal option. You may use it at any time during the 14-day period referred to in Section 6 without needing to provide a reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, where applicable, you must send an unequivocal statement of your intention to withdraw from the contract (i.e., these Terms). This can be done by:

Your withdrawal notice must be sent no later than 24 hours before the expiration of the withdrawal period. Unless otherwise waived, the withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you entered into the contract. While not mandatory, you may use the following template to exercise your right of withdrawal:
